Order Policy


Orders must be cancelled two business days before your delivery date in order to receive a refund. For example, if you're expecting sod on Wednesday, November 7th 2012, You must cancel your order by Monday, November 5th 2012 or you will still be charged.


For all cancelled orders, a full refund will be given on the card used at the time of purchase. Delivered sod is non-refundable given its perishable nature. If however you've received defective sod and are covered under our 90-day guarantee, then we'll send a customer service representative out to inspect your sod and have a new order shipped to you if the conditions are satisfied.

Refunds are given on fertilizers, sickles, and seed in the event the item is defective.


Returns are not available on perishable items. For non-perishable items, returns are available within 30 days of purchase in-store only.


Any deliveries will be made on the date designated when an order is placed. Residential deliveries are made between the hours of 7am and 3pm. You may request a more specific time window (e.g. early morning) and we'll do our best to accommodate you, however we're operating at the mercy of the transit system which can get heavily congested in Southern California.

In the event that an order is placed in a location outside of our delivery zone (which is subject to change) or in an undeliverable location, we will contact you and refund your order.
